Why do we provide a FREE review of your property contract? Is there a catch?

The reason we provide a FREE review of your contract for purchase of a property is, firstly, we understand that most buyers don't want to invest time or money without receiving some legal advice about the contract.

There might be something in the contract that really makes the property less appealing and indeed may de-value the property.

So it's a good idea to have a solicitor take a look at it before you start negotiating on price.

The second reason is that we are confident that once you see how good our service and expertise is you will hopefully choose to use us for your conveyancing. If not on that property, on the one you do finally decide to buy.

Do I need the contract reviewed before bidding at auction?

Because you must exchange contracts and pay the deposit immediately after winning an Auction it is essential that you have a solicitor review the contract before you bid.

Once you sign the contract you are bound by it so make sure it suits your needs by having us review your contract prior to Auction day at no charge.

How do I get my contract reviewed for FREE?

Very easily, most of the Real Estate Agents in around Dee Why, Collaroy and the Northern Beaches have our details already. So just ask them to forward the contract to us.

Then just fill in the form on this page or call us so we know who to advise once we have read through the contract.

Alternatively, if you already have a contract you can either upload it using this form, email it to stacey@mothersinlaw.com.au or drop a printed copy into us in person.
