Negotiating amendments and making preliminary requisitions with vendor’s solicitor (a nominal fee of $80 plus GST applies)

These costs do not include charges from you bank such as bank cheque fees or mortgage establishment fees.
The costs outlined above are for a metropolitan residential property which is already built.
Additional costs may be involved for rural properties and "off-the-plan" purchases.
Additional charges apply for non-standard costs incurred in the conveyancing process.
These packages do not include strata inspections. or building inspections. If needed we can arrange these for you and you will pay only what our supplier charges us.
