Please note:

•  These costs do not include charges from you bank such as bank cheque fees or mortgage establishment fees. The costs outlined above are for a metropolitan residential property which is already built. Additional costs may be involved for rural properties and "off-the-plan" purchases.

•  The Complete Purchase Package for $2950 +GST is only available for properties in the Sydney Metro area. Prepayment of $500 into our Trust Account is required.

•  Additional charges apply for non-standard costs incurred in the conveyancing process.

•  These packages do not include strata inspections. If needed we can arrange these for you and you will pay only what our supplier charges us.

•  Occasionally some properties require more than 6 searches. These usually cost between $12-$25. These will be passed on to customers at cost.
